1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
BOTH FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR REGISTERED NURSES WITH PNMC:

i. Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)
OR
Matric with Arts as specified by HEC vide Notification No.8(61)A&A/2018/HEC/5799, dated 26.04.2018.

ii. Diploma in General Nursing registered with Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC).

iii. Diploma in Midwifery for female nurses
OR
Any One-year Post-Basic Specialty for male nurses in lieu of Midwifery Diploma registered with Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (PNMC).

iv. Minimum 60% aggregate marks in General Nursing & Midwifery for female candidates and in General Nursing & One-year Post-Basic Specialty for male candidates.

v. Post RN Degree program OR BSN Generic (04 years) degree program.

vi. Medical Fitness Certificate from any certified public-sector health institution.

vii. Maximum age limit will be 55 years (No age relaxation will be given beyond the permitted age limit of 55 years in any case or under any circumstances).

viii. The candidates holding domiciles of Punjab shall be eligible to apply.

PUBLIC SECTOR NURSE:

i. The candidate must have at least two years of regular Government service on her/his credit, which shall be calculated till the last date of applying.

ii. Candidate should not have availed any training (Diploma/Degree Program) in the last three years.

iii. Candidate should not have any ongoing disciplinary proceedings.

iv. The Adhoc or Contract employees are NOT eligible for admission.

PRIVATE SECTOR NURSE:

i. The candidate must have at least two years of experience in a recognized teaching (Public or Private) hospital.
